The recently-launched Life Buckets Venture Team, created by the Girl Scouts of Troop 61150, hosted an Easter Egg Hunt fundraiser event on Saturday, March 31st, 2018. The event drew a large crowd and included such things as candy, prizes, and the opportunity to purchase first aid kits to support their Venture Team’s efforts. 

Life Buckets aims to address the issue of family-preparedness during natural disasters and crisis situations. Their mission is to create and distribute 72-hour “emergency buckets” filled with survival supplies for families in need so that they may have the tools and resources necessary to sustain themselves prior to obtaining long-term solutions.
